Glowga

Glowga stands for Stand Up Paddle Yoga on
glowing Paddleboards. We will begin our class
with a brief introduction to Stand Up Paddle
boarding followed by a guided restorative
yoga practice.
At the end of class, we'll relax in Savasana while
gazing at the star speckled, dusk sky surrounded
by paddleboards illuminated with colorful LEDs
to light our way on the lake.
