My life in Germany

IMG_6810_edited.jpg

After finishing high school I got certified in Occupational Therapy. I worked over five years in different facilities, and specialized in treating neurological and pediatric patients. My interest in caring for patients grew. I wanted to learn more about the different diagnoses, and how to support them developing their skills to improve their quality of life.

While I worked as an Occupational Therapy, I learned more about the importance of breath while moving, and about how breathing may influence muscle tension, posture, and mental abilities like cognition.
I begun my own yoga journey when I was in my early twenties, and overcame many obstacles. Physiological as well as psychological barriers.

Today, I am combining my knowledge about pranayama, meditation and asanas to strengthen my own abilities to focus and concentrate, and to feel grounded as well as connected with Mother Earth.
