Floating Flow SUP Yoga

Service Description

Step out of the comfort zone of your yoga mat and join us for a yoga adventure in our outdoor floating studio. At the beginning of class, we will take time to become familiar with the environment, the equipment, and the body alignment on the board. We will then paddle to our floating studio and begin our practice. This unique yoga experience in the midst of nature, provides the perfect setting to be present in the moment and to focus on your practice. Be prepared to play, to have fun and to test the waters! This is an All-Levels Class. No yoga or SUP experience needed. 1hr 30min If you sign up for this class you agree that: 1. You do not have any COVID19 or flu symptoms and agree to abide by physical distancing at all times. 2. You have not been overseas, out of state, or on a cruise ship in the past 14 days, and to the best of your knowledge have not been in contact with anyone who has been overseas, out of state, or on a cruise ship in the past 14 days. 3. To the best of your knowledge you have not been in contact with anyone with a confirmed case of COVID19 in the past 14 days. 4. You are able to swim at least 200 meters. 5. You recognize that SUP requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and you are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. 6. You understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding your participation in SUP classes. You represent and warrant that you are physically fit and you have no medical condition which would prevent your full participation in the classes. Please arrive 15 min early to sign the full waiver.

Cancellation Policy

Zoom Classes run rain or shine. SUP classes won't take place when thunderstorms and lightning, heavy wind or rain occur. Bookings cancelled 24 hrs in advance are fully refunded. Cancellations due to unsafe conditions (thunder storms etc.) will be credited in full.
